Flexwing aircraft project

The idea is to build versatile aircraft that can take off and land in a very short distance, and land on almost any surface (even sand, by the beach). Open cockpit design opens views and lets you feel the real flying experience. BMW R1200GS engine is chosen as a power source. Relatively easy conversion from motorcycle engines to aircraft engines made this engine popular in Europe (conversions started in Germany). The engine provides 82kw (or 110hp) power which is perfect for design purposes.
