One of a kind project - electrical city bus.
Dancer is a new generation super lightweight fully electric city bus. It is a visionary approach to the automotive industry that seeks to integrate the original bus design concept and new technological materials.
My role in this project covered almost everything from design, material selection, manufacturing technology selection down to final assembly and testing. That includes various disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, FEA analysis, UX/UI development (dashboard, control systems), Assembly, Testing, Document control while communicating the entire project closely between the teams.
Creating such a product from scratch is a huge challenge, and only close work with colleagues lets us enjoy today’s results.
Chassis design
Bus chassis is made from steel, and the body is made from composite materials.
It was a real challenge to design structurally sound yet very light construction. Luckily with colleagues, we managed to achieve the desired results.
